Chardonnay Rob Dolan 2021 1 x 75cl 13.5% Aromas and flavours of quince jelly, guava, lemon, grapefruit, nectarine and a touch of oak spice. Textural with fresh acidity. Riesling Queen of Whites Weingut Tesch 2022 1 x 75cl 12% Discover Rochoy: a light yellow wine with silvery highlights, crystal-clear and limpid. The nose offers white flowers, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, and a hint of angelica. Fresh, expressive, and well-balanced on the palate, with flinty minerality and a subtle smokiness. Rochoy unfolds with splendid fullness and astonishing generosity. d'Arry's Original Shiraz Grenache d'Arenberg 2019 1 x 75cl 14.5% This wine displays a vibrant, deep plum colour with a dark brick-red edge. The nose is packed with berries and spice with a darker background of black olive and freshly turned earth. There is a luscious plum, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry core with secondary notes of clove and nutmeg. As the wine opens more delicate nuances are revealed, with floral notes appearing on the nose and palate. The tannins add a subtle grip and enticingly long finish. This wine is named in honour of d'Arenberg's principal, Francis d'Arenberg Osborn, who is universally known as d'Arry. d'Arry's original blend, first launched some four decades ago, was as is it appears today - a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grown on d'Arenberg's low yielding, 19th century vineyards. Pinot Noir Reserva Viña Leyda 2023 1 x 75cl 13.5% Bright ruby red colour. A fruity nose with strawberries, hints of red cherries and a subtle wild herb notes with a delicate smokiness and tobacco. Refined on the palate, juicy and full of ripe berry flavours, a hint of minerality and refreshing finish. Le Pas du Moine Rose Organic Chteau Gassier 2022 1 x 75cl 13% Originating from Barcelonnette (Hautes-Provence) and part of the Provencal nobility since 1421, the Gassier family bought Chteau Gassier and its 40 hectares of vines in 1982. In 2004, the Gassier and Jeanjean families decided to join forces and run the estate together. Today the vineyard is managed by Baron Georges Gassier, who represents the fifth winegrowing generation of the family, working with the support from his father. They specialise in ros and certainly do a great job. Pale pink colour. Beguiling and elegant fruit, dry, super-smooth and balanced body. Very moreish. Prosecco Cinzano NV 1 x 75cl 11% Mineral ,red berry fruit, strawberries and pepper wiht a touch of recution, bringing complexity . Perfect balance acidity alcohol and soft silky tannins .
