Christmas is about a lot of things, but for those you like wine this is a pretty great gift! We've been producing a case like this for many years and for those receipeints who love wine, this Christmas mixed case is such a treat - every element of Christmas lunch is considered, with much more included of course. Touraine-Oisly Climat N1 Lionel Gosseaume 2023 1x 75cl 13.5% Beautifully fresh with complex aromas of spring flowers, fresh mint, capsicum and pea pod. A rounded texture and vibrant acidity. Touraine-Oisly was created to showcase Sauvignon Blanc from the finest sites of the Touraine region and promote genuine excellence. From an outstanding producer like Lionel Gosseaume, the results are spectacular the wine has superb intensity and concentration, and less sharpness than Sancerre or Pouilly-Fum. Rioja Reserva Sierra Cantabria 2017 1x 75cl 14% This is an utterly awesome Reserva Rioja. There is fabulous purity and intensity to the ripe cherry fruit, which mingles seamlessly with the fine oak. A wine of marvellous hamony, polished texture and understated complexity that subtly fans out on the finish, gradually revealing tobacco, warm cedar, dry spice and light floral scents. Dense, sweet and polished on the palate, it is a beautifully balanced wine with very fine tannins. Utterly ready to drink now, it would also show pleasant evolution over the next five years. BenMarco Sin Limites Malbec Susana Balbo 2020 BenMarco Sin Limites Malbec Susana Balbo 2020 1x 75cl 14.5% Clean and austere aromas, with excellent typicity of the region, with notes of spices and dry grass. Slightly earthy character, such as chalk. A subtle vegetable trace in the mid-palate, complemented by fine and precise tannins. Great ageing potential. Before drinking, it is recommended to let it air for a while in the glass. Marama Sauvignon Blanc Organic Seresin Estate 2022 1x 75cl 12.5% Juicy, drinkable and far, far less strident than the average NZ Sauvignon Blanc, this offers rich texture, a mouthful of herbs and tea and a heady waft of citrus, elderflower and honeycomb. Puiatti Pinot Grigio 2023 Puiatti Pinot Grigio 2023 1x 75cl 12% It is a wine with great personality and an assertive, lingering and tangy flavour. This Friuli corner close to Slovenja, produce one of the best Pinot Grigio quality of Italy. Striking and luminous, the wine has intense color, complex nose with notes of white peach, pear, stone. The palate is structured with a long finish Cabernet Sauvignon Thelema 2020 1x 75cl 14.5% This wine has a complex nose of mint, blackcurrant and chocolate and the palate is juicy and ripe. There is a good layer of toasty oak in the background to complement the black cherry and cassis fruit flavours and grippy mid-palate tannin. Very long, clean and elegant on the finish. Colheita Port Gift Pack Quinta do Crasto 2005 1x 75cl 20% Bright tawny in colour and with a deep complexity on the nose leading to elegant notes of honey, nuts, fresh spice and orange peel. Full bodied on the palate with a complex structure of fine tannins in perfect harmony with the vibrant aroma profile and a very long finish. Superb! Prosecco Brut Argeo Ruggeri NV 1x 75cl 11% Bursting with vibrant aromas of lemon, apricot, and jasmine, this Prosecco delights with its refreshing, crisp, and bone-dry profile. Bright citrus, fresh herbs, juicy stone fruit, and pear flavors create a beautifully balanced palate. A classic, elegant expression with a fine, delicate mousse, and proudly a winner of the Prosecco Masters 2020. Velo Flor Manzanilla Bodegas Alonso NV 1x 75cl 15% Velo Flor is a Manzanilla that has been aged for 9-10 years, which is a lot longer than most. This brings about a wine with Manzanilla freshness combined to the richness and complexity of Amontillado, with a golden colour and intense aromas of cider apple, butterscotch, blanched almond and salted caramel. In the mouth, it has a rich, rounded smoothness, with the fragrance of golden apples being cellared over the winter, and a slightly gamey, charcuterie element. Alliances Brut Champagne A. Robert NV 1x 75cl 12% Beautiful golden hue with perfect clarity and lively bubbles. Elegant and delicate on the nose, Alliances opens on notes of mature yellow fruit and finishes on slightly roasted flavours. Appreciated for its spontaneity, the palate reveals an elegant and balanced maturity, that ends on a touch of candied citrus fruits. Arnaud Roberts family has been in Champagne since at least 1722, deeply rooted to the land around Fossoy in the Valle de la Marne. Many of these are Premier Cru sites. The average age of vines is 31 years. As a grower, all of Arnauds champagnes are from plots of land he directly owns and farms no grapes or wine are bought from any other sources. This gives Arnaud 100% control on how the grapes are farmed and has several sustainability certifications including Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Level 3. Arnaud owns 68 different plots of land, stretching from the Marne to the Côte des Blancs, across 6 villages (Fossoy, Vertus, Villeneuve, Troissy, Gland and Mont-Saint-Pere) giving him access to different Champagne terroirs from which to assemble his wines. Late Harvest Tokaji Katinka Patricius 2021 1x 37.5cl 12.5% Light golden straw in colour, medium-bodied, reflecting its 12 months in barriques with appealing vanilla and caramel notes. Showing a light botrytis influence. Lightly sweet, showing dried orange, tobacco and white chocolate on a lightly spicy background. Just the right hints of complexity and elegance. Exquisite length. Delicious. Love by Leoube Organic Rose Domaine de Leoube 2023 1x 75cl 12.5% This ros is made from a blend of traditional red grape varieties from Provence. A fruit forward ros, with a lovely freshness and round mouthfeel. Showing light citrus aromas mixed with notes of fleshy white fruits, bringing the palate to a balanced finish. A ros filled with happiness, perfectly prepped to illuminate all your special moments.
