Terrimbo takes its name from a beautiful beach indentation of the Mediterranean, south of Banyuls and Collioure where the vineyards are situated. The vineyards and winery are run according to organic practices and in the next 2 years will be officially certified organic./span Grape Varieties: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Farming Practices: Practising Organic span style=COLOR: #000000Tasting Notes: This red has rounded with age, but retains the classic Collioure structure with deep, dark fruit and linear tannins. Some bramble notes now, and the oak influence is very well integrated.
