Naturally fermented from rare and expensive white peony tea from Fujian in China - the delicate tea leaves are pan-heated to preserve their flavours. This dry sparkling tea has notes of sweet red strawebery and raspberry, cream and vanilla. Seeking a food-friendly sparkling alternative, founders David and Adrian created their first sparkling tea in a garage in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire. Seven years later, Real Drinks have a purpose-built fermentary on the Waddeston Estate.
