This Virgin Oak & Sherry Cask Whisky is a pretty unique expression from The English Distillery's range made the St. George's Distillery in Norfolk. The single malt has been aged in a mix of virgin oak and sherry casks, creating a whisky that combines flavours of sweet dried fruit with bold oak spiciness.. Nose: Chocolate biscuit, sultanas, toasted nuts, cinnamon, white pepper. Palate: All spice, cloves and toasted oak, underpinned by subtle layers of creamy caramel. Finish: Dried fruits, honey and malt
