Ludlow Distillery Single Malt Whisky, Pedro Ximnez Sherry Cask Edition is painstakingly handcrafted using the finest malted barley and purified water; with a proportion of the malt slowly and gently smoked in a peat kiln.. The spirit is triple-distilled before being aged in ex-American bourbon casks, and then Scottish whisky casks. Finally, this limited edition has been finished in a Pedro Ximnez cask. The result: a serious and perfectly balanced single malt.. Extremely Rare: only 70 bottles produced.. Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied with fragrant notes of heather-honey, malt, a subtle hint of butterscotch and crme caramel, balanced with a rich fruity sweetness of the Pedro Ximnez sherry cask.
