Shining Cliff Dry Gin is created from scratch and bottled at 45% ABV, White Peak Distillery's Shining Cliff Original Gin is distilled in a 650 litre copper pot still (called Betty), using the vapour distillation method, which preserves nuances found in more delicate botanicals.. Crafted from thirteen botanicals including rose hip, bilberry & local mayflower. This original Gin is delicately infused using vapour distillation to create a savoury, perfectly balanced Derbyshire dry gin.Vapour distillation in our copper still helps todevelop a smooth, complex and balanced spirit.. Serve with premium standard tonic and garnish with orange peel, orange slices and/or bay leaf.. The look and feel forthe range of Shining Cliff Gin is areflection of the history and heritage ofthe location. The oldentrance sign to the ancient woodland has influenced the label font and the Victorian flourishes give it a sense of place, linking it to the Wire Works of the 19th century wherethe gin is now made..
