Having already established this is a combination that worked really well for its spirit, Filey Bay have once again worked with sibling company World Top Brewery to finish its whisky in casks that previously held Scarborough Fair IPA beer.. Filey Bay IPA Finish explores the possibilities oftheir unique position as farmers, brewers and distillers; i.e.bothwhisky (and beer)are 100% field to bottle.. Greenapple, malty biscuits, bright tropical fruit, oak spice and roasted nuts. A particularly attractive floral, barley note on the finish. Simply delicious!
