This wine was released by the appellation under the base town of Bourgogne (Bourgogne), although the grapes for it come from a small plot at the foot of the Chambolle-Musigny hill. The Fourier family has owned these potions for more than 80 years, but after the Second World War they were empty for a long time. In the 1990s, Jean-Marie Fourier planted chardonnay vines here: the winemaker believed that the variety was capable of producing fine white wines in this terroir. According to him, it was a test and a complete experience, since this wine was released under the main name Burgundy, although the grapes for it are harvested from a small plot at the foot of the Chambolle-Musigny hill. The Fourier family owned these potions for more than 80 years, but after the Second World War they were empty for a long time. He gave the wine more oxygen, which disappears during fermentation, which helps to avoid premature oxidation. The wine was aged for 18-20 months on the lees in old oak barrels, spontaneous malolactics was carried out. Bottling took place without gluing, filtration and the use of sulfites.
