The Unexpected No.2, limited edition single malt whisky. French pot still distillation completed on November 15th, 2011. Fermented exclusively from Vanessa barley and aged and matured around 10 years in a cream sherry cask in a Burgundian cave. Bottled by gravity on 9th February 2022 at cask strength with no filtration. Limited to 3000 bottles.
