By refining and reinvigorating tradition, we create pioneering contemporary spirits that enchant and delight.This Single Malt Whisky was entirely fermented, distilled and matured in Copenhagen. Each step of traditional production is carefully redesigned to sustain our deeply personal vision. Single malt's every element is refined and intensified. Modern precision boldly supports whiskys rich history of culture and camaraderie, of people bonding together over impassioned craft.The slightest hint of phenols woven almost imperceptibly through this heather-honey-edged malt. Brown toast and liquorice helps balance the drier oaks and the sweeter malt to a delightful degree. Intense and deep brown sugars, spice, liquid barley and elegant beech woods smoke surrounds the tannins from the bespoke Hungarian oak casks. Carefully double distilled, but not so careful as to remove character. This is indeed a complex and sophisticated malt.
