Dalton is one of Israels larger wineries and was established in 1995, yet remains family owned and operates at a very high level of quality. Its just 5km from the border with Lebanon in the green hills of the Upper Galilee This is a 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Carignan blend made in a combination of concrete vats and large oak barrels. Medium-bodied with spicy bramble fruits and compact tannins very Rhne-style it offers versatile drinking options.
