Distilled in India, this single malt is made from Scottish barley which is matured and dried in an intense peat kiln at Port Ellen. It is impressively mature and the higher PPM helps to fizle the tastebuds. Tasting Notes: A powerful nose with notes of roasted walnuts with sharp citrus. The palate is dominated by peat and smoke with subtle undertones of heady florals combining in a long and vegetal finish.
