Each Woltz product has been created by Tony Conigliaro at Drink Factory, his research and development kitchen in East London. Drink Factory uses a low temperature vacuum distillation technique, which captures the true flavour and delicate nuances of the ingredient being distilled. Rose Woltz : Made using dried pink rose petals distilled into grain spirit, the result is a delicate and sort floral with a long dry finish.
