Bonal Apritif Quina

Bonal
Doctor Hyppolite Bonals perfect knowledge of plants allowed him to create, in his words, a fortifying wine that provides comfort, vitallity and is an appetite enhancer; so in 1865 he created Bonal Apritif Quina. Bonal is produced from La Gentian, a perennial plant, which grows in pastures and meadows of the Chartreuse Moutains. Since antiquity, Gentain has been a remedy for longevity and for centuries many distilleries, which produce liqueurs have used its dried roots for aperitifs, liqueurs and many other delicious beverages. Tasting Notes: Velvety smooth with aromas of fresh cut hay and peat that thrive on balsamic and menthol flavours, with a touch of sweetness and spice.
