Previous bottlings of Darkness have been very limited editions, but now this 8 year old expressionis at the heart of an ongoing range. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky is then moved over to custom made oloroso sherry octave casks - these smaller casksmake for a far higher amount of influence on the liquid than your larger sherry butts.The result is a very intensely sherried whisky - delicious.
